Working with a Hertfordshire College
We launched a face-to-face IAG mentoring programme for a group of students deemed at risk of becoming NEET, with 100% completion rate.
The programme included 1:1 drop-in and bookable appointments. We also delivered 10 unique careers and employment workshops for students aged 14-18. Alongside the face to face support, we created a set of 30 unique employability resources with institution branding, including subject specific career guides.
Whilst the students progressed through the programme, we set up an in-house employer database. We sourced vacancy opportunities from over 20,000 employers, managing placement and work experience roles via a dedicated CRM platform. The opportunities covered a broad range of sectors as well as T-Level requirements.
As the programme progressed, we led a consortium of colleges and stakeholders to meet county Local Area Agreement targets. The consortium’s particular focus was to increase employment outcomes for disadvantaged students such as those we were supporting on our specific programme.
