About us

We are one of the UK’s foremost business support organisations with approximately 200 employees across a number of locations. For over 20 years, we have provided business advisory services to more than 500,000 small to medium sized businesses on behalf of Government and Private sector organisations.

This role will be part of delivering our training and consultancy business Ellenbrooke, which is part of Exemplas, a subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire. Ellenbrooke supports businesses to achieve certifications to internationally recognised standards.

About the role

As the Management Systems Adminstrator you will provide administrative support to the Management Systems Manager, employed and associate consultants/trainers and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the operation of our training centre by managing delegate bookings, organising registration and certification and booking venues.
  • Preparing professional and high quality training delivery material.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of quarterly team meetings and development workshops.
  • General administration including issuing contracts, collating consultant/trainer CPD, and audit logs.
  • Preparation of the Management Systems newsletter, preparation of factsheets and supporting the development of marketing campaigns.
  • Spreadsheet financial administration ensuring a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and trainers to provide the support needed.

About you

  • You will have great communication skills, both verbal and written and enjoy prioritising your own workload to achieve the best results.
  • You will be a competent Microsoft office user and be an intermediate/ advanced Excel user with a working knowledge of Visio.
  • Ideally you will have knowledge of standards such as ISO9001 and experience of working with a management system.
  • Experience of consultancy project and training administration would also be desirable.

This is a part time role (14.4 hours a week) - we are flexible with when the hours are worked during the week so please detail your availability in your CV.

We offer a competitive package with a salary between £17,500 and £19,400 per annum pro rata for the right candidate as well as a host of benefits including:
