HGH Partnership and Events Manager

About the role

Hertfordshire Growth Hub is the central point of access to business support in the County.  We achieve this through extensive partnership and collaborative working.  This role is focused on developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships in order to add value to clients contacting the Growth Hub for support and to raise the profile of the service with SMEs, Partners and the private sector.  As well as leading on a number of our own events, this role involves supporting ecosystem partners with their events.

About you

  • A demonstrable track record in identifying, developing, growing, and maintaining significant mutual value relationships.
  • You will have considerable and recent experience in hands on event and partnership management type role
  • Ability to manage and work with budgets
  • Have recent experience of using online tools and learning platforms to deliver events including MS teams and Zoom
  • Be experienced in event and project management (including event format, content speakers, booking venues, on-site logistics, event collateral, and on-the-day management)
  • Have experience of post-event analysis and follow up and reporting
  • Experience of working with databases and maintaining accurate customer information on a CRM system.

What do we offer?

This is a full-time, permanent role. You will need a driving licence and car access as the role requires travel to conferences, events and seminars in the East of England.

  • The full-time equivalent salary of up to £42,000 per annum for the right candidate
  • Car allowance of £3840 per annum (pro rata for part-time);
