About the role
In this role you will contribute to the successful delivery of the Hertfordshire Growth Hub Service (HGH) by supporting business survival, growth and development in Hertfordshire.
You will be the first point of contact for businesses in respect to the EU Transition, taking clients through an initial interrogative diagnostic to identify suitable sources of provision either from the HGH EU Transition Service or the wider Hertfordshire Business Support Ecosystem.

We are looking for someone with extensive sales and customer service experience in a busy environment, who is confident in taking clients through an initial diagnostic to understand business needs and challenges in order to identify suitable sources of provision.

This is full-time fixed term contract until March 31, 2021. This role would normally be based in our Hatfield office, although we are currently working remotely due to Covid-19.
