About the role

  • Build working relationships with Innovate UK managers and staff, EASME and EEN delivery partners to effectively represent Exemplas at external meetings and forums.

About you

You will have a sound knowledge of contract and project management, as well as experience of successfully  building teams and managing staff, providing real leadership to deliver on KPIs.

You will also;

  • Have demonstrable experience of managing the financial, output monitoring and evaluation aspects of EU projects and grant funding claims;

  • Have demonstrable experience of working with databases especially setting up and preparing reports and knowledge of reporting functions;
  • Have a detailed understanding of European funding requirements.

We are looking for an effective negotiator and leader, able to work with partners to find mutually beneficial solutions, and a highly organised team player with the ability to prioritise own and team’s workload to meet deadlines.
