CRF Project Executive

About the role

The main purpose of the role is to support the successful delivery of the Community Renewal Fund Projects ‘Building Back Better’ and ‘Creative Innovation’ by providing administration support to the delivery teams of the two projects. You will also:

  • Be actively involved in the setting up and maintenance of internal processes and procedures;
  • Ensure that the project audit trail is robustly maintained and recorded;
  • Act as first point of contact for SMEs and partners for project related enquiries;
  • Provide executive support to delivery team colleagues in their day-to-day roles including support in fulfilment of client enquiries regarding grants, and monitoring, assisting and checking completion of project documentation to help minimise errors and gaps in information;
  • Become familiar with relevant public sector funding guidance, rules and regulations;
  • Provide administrative support to the delivery teams and the CRF Project Manager.

About you

We are looking for someone who has worked in a busy office environment that has experience of project work, maintaining accurate customer information on a CRM system as well as working in a customer facing role. It would be advantageous if you have worked in a similar role with public sector funding and have experience working in a business support organisation.  

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be IT literate, be able to identify and solve problems, be able to interpret complex guidelines and pay attention to detail and be a proactive person with a ‘can do’ attitude.

This is a full-time role on a fixed term contract up to 30 June 2022.
