This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience of working with business owners and SMEs to make an impact within the local SME business support landscape.
The main purpose of the role is to significantly contribute to the successful delivery of Community Renewal Funded (CRF) business support projects by being the first point of contact for SMEs in Hertfordshire seeking support. You will take clients through an initial interrogative diagnostic to understand their needs, challenges and barriers to businesses growth and to assess suitability for support from the CRF projects as well as from the wider Hertfordshire Business Support Ecosystem.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a busy environment involving customer service/public telephone contact or similar, who has a basic understanding of business operations and providing support to SMEs, and who would be confident taking Business Owners through an initial assessment to understand business needs and challenges.
