If you’ve answered “yes” to these questions the role of Business Operations Delivery Manager could be for you!

About the role

In this role you will manage the Business Operations implementation of contracts, ensuring all contract outputs can be recorded and reported. You will also manage and maintain the collection of knowledge, information, and intelligence available to Business Operations. And you will take overall responsibility of project claims, ensuring all claims are compiled, processed, and submitted and all financial compliance conditions are met within the agreed timeframes.

About you

We are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced office environment that has experience of project work and ideally compiling claims for projects.  You will be familiar with accounting systems, and spreadsheet work and have experience of manipulating data.

You will also have excellent communication skills, be IT literate including having advanced Excel skills and be able to identify and solve problems, interpret complex guidelines and be a proactive person with a ‘can do’ attitude.

You will likely be educated to a degree level, although experience in a similar role is also seen as important.

What do we offer?

This is a full-time role, based in our Hatfield office. The candidate will work from home and from the office when required.

  • The full-time equivalent salary of up to £31,000 per annum for the right candidate
