The programme offers up to 7 days of tailored support from an Innovation Adviser and can support your senior team to address important areas of innovation management.
Delivered by Exemplas, part of the University of Hertfordshire, we have experience of delivering quality business support services to over half a million SMEs.
Delivered through a tailored four step programme, the Innovate 2 Succeed programme provides eligible organisations with support from experienced innovation specialists.
A review of your business is carried out by a specialist Innovation Adviser to identify innovation strengths, weaknesses and gaps in your organisation. Some of the areas covered include: Strategy, Management, Finance, Leadership, Performance and Culture
An action plan will be agreed between you and the Innovation Adviser based on the outcomes of the review, to develop the culture and framework for a legacy to support future innovation.
Your business will receive tailored coaching and mentoring from your Innovation Adviser to support you to deliver the outcomes of the action plan
A final review takes place to measure the impact the programme has had on your organisation
This programme is designed for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) showing innovation and growth potential. Support is available to businesses based in Hertfordshire, Greater Cambridgeshire and Greater Peterborough.
The programme is jointly funded by Innovate UK and the European Regional Development Fund. Innovate 2 Succeed aims to increase the effectiveness in generating and commercially exploiting ideas of high growth, innovative SMEs, as well as those showing innovation potential but facing barriers to innovative performance.
