How long does it take?
We aim to deliver the Apprenticeship within 12 months and the Advanced Apprenticeship within 18 months.
How much does it cost?
There is no employer contribution for Apprentices under the age of 19 (assuming the employee qualifies for a subsidy). For those over 19, subsidies may also be available, depending on the apprentice's age, previous qualifications and the size of your organisation. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss costs further when we understand your business and learner requirements.
What are the taster workshops available in Health?
Tasters of the workshops delivered on the Apprenticeships in Health are:
- Managing communications in the health sector
- Understanding equality and diversity in the health sector
- Keeping safe – health, safety and security
- Maintaining quality standards in your role
- Continuing your own development journey and supporting others to develop
- Recommending improvements and managing change.
The subject areas for both apprenticeship levels are the same but the standard required at the Advanced level is more challenging and more pro-activity is required by the learner.
