How long does it take?
We aim to deliver the Apprenticeship within 6 months and the Advanced Apprenticeship within 7-9 months.
How much does it cost?
There is no employer contribution for Apprentices under the age of 19 (assuming the employee qualifies for a subsidy). For those over 19, subsidies may also be available, depending on the apprentice's age, previous qualifications and the size of your organisation. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss costs further when we understand your business and learner requirements.
What are the taster workshops available for the Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship?
Tasters of the workshops delivered on the Apprenticeship for Customer Service are:
- Personal Branding and Image - creating a positive impression
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service - how to deliver good service consistently in a range of situations
- Problem Solving - Recognising and overcoming obstacles: stopping them next time around
- Managing Communications – optimising effectiveness of each media
- Managing Information and Data - storing and retrieving information in ‘SMART’ ways
- Continuing your development journey - discussing options for future learning
The subject areas for both Apprenticeship levels are the same but the standard required at the Advanced level is more challenging and more pro-activity is required by the learner.
