Oliver Hill
Oliver is the Operations Manager of the Qualifications Centre and, as such, has responsibility for developing the portfolio of UH Ventures and the strategic management of the Centre. Oliver has extensive experience in successfully leading, motivating and managing the performance of a professional service team as well as in-depth knowledge of the workings of Government funded training programmes and linking this to the training and development issues faced by businesses.

Janice Freed
Janice is the Business and Curriculum Development Manager of the Qualifications Centre and, as such, has responsibility for maintaining and developing the Qualifications Centre key partnerships. Janice has extensive experience in both project management and direct delivery, across a range of business sectors.

Tony Collins
Tony works as the Delivery Manager for the Centre – his main responsibilities are quality assurance co-ordination, programme management and employer liaison. Tony has experience in programme design, management, delivery and quality assurance in both the public and private sector.

James Sharkey
James is a Sales Executive for the Qualifications Centre. He has over ten years’ experience working in customer facing roles for both the public and private sector. Since joining the University of Hertfordshire Group of Companies over two years ago he has worked as a Business Development Manager, helping organisations find the right solutions to their training and development needs. James has experience in advising companies on a range of support services including qualifications for staff, building bespoke training programmes and finding support for developing managers.

Amit Sahoo
Amit is a Sales Executive for the Qualification Centre. His responsibilities include employer engagement and learner acquisition. Amit has around 3.5 years of experience working in employer engagement and offering skills advice.
He is a SFEDI qualified Business/Skills Adviser and in 2010 he received the Enterprise Adviser of the Year Award, issued by SFEDI and sponsored by the NFEA.

Lydia Noble
Lydia works as the Qualification Centre’s Health and Social Care Lead. This involves visiting and assessing learners in the workplace, maintaining documentation on learners' records, liaising with learners, verifiers and management and creating learner portfolios to agreed standards. Lydia is experienced in the health sector, teaching in the public and private sector, assessing in the health sector and involved delivering Infection Control within the health sector.

Danielle Robson
Daniele is a Tutor/Assessor for the Qualification Centre. She delivers Team Leading, Customer Service & Business Administration -within the Business Support suite of qualifications - and is an avid believer in the concept of lifelong learning. Daniele brings over 20 years industry experience within national & international business development & customer service, direct marketing, B2B telemarketing project management & sales leadership – within private and public sector organisations – and gets great fulfilment through coaching and developing people’s skills.

Harpreet Dhaliwal
Harpreet works as a Health & Social Care Assessor within the ‘Qualifications Centre’. She delivers the Health & Social Care Apprenticeships, Leadership and Management in Care Level 5 and Management Diplomas. She carries out workplace assessments with learners and also facilitates training as part of UH Ventures delivery process for their qualifications.
She has extensive experience within the Health and Social Care sector, which involves managing a care home for adults and elderly with learning disabilities, facilitating training in addition to prior experience as an NVQ H&SC assessor.

Hayley Walton
Hayley works as one of the Qualifications Centre Co-ordinators. She is your first point of contact as well as being the co-ordinator of group workshops, the monitoring of learner’s progress and the final word on the correct completion of paperwork! Hayley has seven years office experience in Business Administration and Customer Services.

Darren Vidler
Darren works as Support Team Leader for the Qualifications Centre. As part of this role, Darren is responsible for managing the administrative side of the Centre’s workload and liaising with internal management, assessors and delivery partners on a regular basis.
Darren has a variety of experience including 2 years in administration with UH Ventures, 8 years in customer service and some additional experience as a customer service tutor.

Caroline Farrow
Caroline who is the Apprenticeship Placement Co-ordinator matches the current apprenticeship vacancies by liaising with both the Employer and the learners. She pre-screens the learners before sending them off to be interviewed for a position/vacancy and keeping the Employers updated at every stage. She has 2 ½ years experience as project co-ordinator for the Graduate Internship Programme.

Will is the Qualifications Centre Apprentice Administrator. He works with the Centre Coordinators to help them complete their tasks and reach their targets. He is new to this area of work but has 2 years experience in customer service.
