We are uniquely positioned to support longer term development options for your learners, and can offer single-sourced solutions from Key skills and Apprenticeships through to Foundation Degrees and Masters’ programmes.


We have the advantage of combining an academic perspective with an employer-focused approach, giving us an advantage over many of our competitors.


In short, we can deliver learning which has the rigour associated with a University: experienced assessment and verification; alongside the flexibility required by an employer operating in a demanding environment.


Organisation-first approach

We work with organisations to agree up-front, measurable outcomes for the organisation of the learning being undertaken. The learning programme that is agreed will be timetabled to involve the least-possible impact on your organisation and on the learner’s time.


What do we deliver?

We deliver Vocational Training including Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship Programmes in a range of areas including:

*Our core delivery pathways for the Apprenticeship in Health are Clinical Support and, at Advanced Level, General Healthcare Support and Clinical Healthcare Skills. We also offer Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships in Perioperative Support.


In addition we deliver the Training and Quality Assurance qualifications (the replacement for A1 Assessor and V1 Verifier qualifications).


How do we deliver?

Our initial meeting is with you the employer, to assess the outcomes required from the learning as well as the delivery model that best suits your organisation. We work hard to ensure that learning is timetabled around your organisational needs.

We then have a delivery model which combines different learning approaches to respond to individual learning styles and ensure a comprehensive package of support.


We also offer taster workshops that we deliver in order to give you a flavour of the qualification.
