There are two potential opportunities to access funding which can support this programme:
The Leadership and Management grant which is available to companies based in England.
The key criteria for this funding is as follows:
- If you employ between 2 – 50 staff, the managing director only may apply
- If you employ between 51 and 250 staff, the managing director or a key director within the organisation may apply
- You must anticipate 20% growth over each year for next three years and be able to demonstrate this through your business or marketing plan
- You must be able to match the grant pound for pound. The coaching element of Transmit is valued at £1,500 therefore your contribution would be £750 and the maximum grant would be £750
How can I apply?
An advisor will visit you to walk through a personal development plan and complete the application process. Once approved, you will need to pay for the training and provide a copy of the paid invoice in order to activate your claim.
