In order to support the suite of workshops, delegates will be offered four coaching sessions to support people management strategies and develop people effectiveness. The coaching sessions will be linked to the workshop themes but there will also be the opportunity to review individual issues.

- Maintaining quality standards
- Setting objectives and giving feedback
Concluding session by ‘phone to consolidate issues and bring the coaching relationship to a close.
