In order to achieve this, businesses, individuals, skills providers, and the services that connect these agencies, must work together to ensure a streamlined approach to skills development that optimises the investment made in this area.
Drawing upon an indepth understanding of business support needs and government skills policy, Exemplas is contributing to this strategy through:
- Leading effective partnerships to deliver government funded skills brokerage programmes in London, the East of England, and Yorkshire and Humberside.
- Providing high quality and impartial skills advice and business support.
- Supporting over 35,000 businesses nationally to identify skills gaps and access funded and non-funded training provision.
- Offering expertise in regional, national and international funding streams; ensuring streamlined access to available funding.
- Contributing to local, regional and national skills policy.
