Working with Communities
Strong communities are at the heart of a strong society. Exemplas works with – and within – communities, to tackle the underlying economic challenges by developing the skills and knowledge needed to support communities to grow and prosper.
The Leitch Review has highlighted the connection between skills and social outcomes; and, the benefits that communities can gain from improving access to learning and skill development.
Developing skills and knowledge is a route into economic activity, and central to empowering individuals to develop the capacities and knowledge which can transform the opportunities available to them. Better skilled individuals and communities are central to developing social cohesion and helping the UK prepare for the economic challenges ahead.
With an impressive track record in supporting skills development, and extensive experience of engaging with communities and diverse customer groups, Exemplas is uniquely positioned to support the drive towards sustainable and enterprising communities.
