Finding out the development needs for each individual in your organisation can be a huge task. The Exemplas Training Needs Analysis has been fine-tuned to make it quick and simple to complete and yet still give the quality of results needed to create individual development plans which are benchmarked against the organisation’s needs.
- Starting the Training Needs Analysis
Before distributing the questionnaires, Exemplas works with the management team so that the reasons the survey is being carried out are communicated effectively throughout the company.
- Completing the Questionnaire
This ensures that the candidates are aware that this is not a case of ‘big brother’ but a crucial facilitator in their own personal career development. Ideally this will be linked into any ‘Personal Development Plans’ identified during the routine appraisal process.
- Creating the Development Plan
Upon agreement, an online questionnaire is sent to the chosen employees for them to complete within a pre-arranged timeframe. This is an efficient and quick way of engaging employees.
Once participants have completed the Training Needs Analysis, the results are collated and analysed. The findings are presented back to the organisation.
