Excellence brings together HR specialists from a wide range of organisations – to share best practice, learn new skills from each other and network for mutual benefit.
Excellence is the new network from the unique partnership of Exemplas and the University of Hertfordshire The partnership brings a blend of pragmatic support and academic rigour.
Who is it for?
Excellence is for any organisation that recognises and values the contribution its staff make to its success. If your focus is on developing skills, managing change, attracting quality graduates, recruiting and retaining a high calibre, loyal and motivated workforce, developing leaders or unlocking the potential of your people, your organisation will benefit from joining Excellence.
In addition, organisations that are working towards – or have already attained – the internationally recognised IiP Standard will find that Excellence helps them to measure themselves against the Standard and obtain specialist support to achieve or retain recognition and go beyond.
We would expect organisations that join Excellence to nominate representatives who have specialist responsibility for HR issues in their organisation and/or lead on IiP recognition.
