Adaptex is now available internationally
Adaptex is now available to organisations in all sectors and all countries.
Organisations have already benefited from Adaptex in Europe and the Gulf and it is now possible to access Adaptex in your own country.
Exemplas offers Licences to approved organisations in the public and private sector to champion Adaptex in their market place.
A Licensee is then able to utilise the Adaptex tool by offering it, either directly or through appointed consultants, to companies in their territory.
The Licensee has responsibility for supervising all aspects of the Adaptex agreed territory market including its branding, quality systems and specialist delivery. The Licensee will also form a part of an international Adaptex network of licensees and provide market information and share best practice with other licensees and the Exemplas head office in the UK.

Depending on the territory, licenses are available on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis.
The Licensee package of support
An Adaptex licence has been designed to give the licensee the maximum freedom in their market place to promote and deliver this valuable tool.
A standard Licence will include:-
- Use of the Adaptex brand (in compliance with the brand guidelines)
- Co-branding of promotional materials, events etc (in compliance with the brand guidelines).
- A train-the-trainer programme to enable the Licensee to develop their local consultancy capacity
- Initial training of a cohort of Licensee consultants
- Accreditation of all consultants to deliver Adaptex
- Marketing materials in electronic format, to allow the Licensee to produce local materials for their target market.
- Access 24/7 to the Adaptex tool
- Subject to volumes, the Web site and Adaptex tool will be translated into the Licensee’s national language
- Access to Adaptex experts for assistance with key clients (this service will be charged at a rate scheduled in the Licence agreement)
- Links from the global web site to the Licensee’s home page
- Access to a range of other support services and benefits as part of the global Adaptex family.
The Licensee’s commitment to Exemplas
- Minimum sales targets will be agreed between Exemplas and the Licensee prior to signing the Licence agreement
A standard usage cost payable to Exemplas
(The Licensee sets their own territory pricing policy and structure matched to their client’s expectation which will be in line with the status of Adaptex in the market place)
Becoming a licensee
Once the Licence agreement has been signed, the Licensee is given a log-on and password to the Adaptex tool site; this will allow the licensee to manage all of their consultants and to view all of their Adaptex projects by region, sector and consultant .
The Licensee will then need to appoint a number of consultants to deliver Adaptex directly to clients.
Once a consultant has been accredited, they will be given access to the Adaptex Tool and issued with their own log-in and password. They will be able to set-up clients, run programmes and review and manage all of their clients.
Standard report templates and support materials are available on-line for you and your consultants to give the maximum benefit to your clients.
The Licensee has the ability to request the temporary or permanent removal of a consultant from the user list. This facility ensures the Licensee can manage their consultants and to ensure that the quality and consistency of the delivery of Adaptex is maintained in their territory.
The selection of Licensees.
The Licensee represents Exemplas’ Adaptex programme in the agreed territory, thus Exemplas takes great care in its selection of international licensees and, as a result, requires that prospective organisations meet the following criteria:
- Licensees must possess a thorough knowledge of their respective territories
- Licensees must have a proven track record in business support and development
- Licensees must have sound business reputations within their territories and proven records of honesty, accountability and good stewardship of client accounts
- Licensees must be able to build and maintain effective business relationships and, in so doing, represent the licensing standards of Adaptex accurately and professionally.
