- Developing SME support overseas; Over the past 12 years, Exemplas has provided capacity building training and consultancy to SME support agencies in countries such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Malta, Egypt, the UAE, Oman and South Africa. Together with our clients in Slovakia, Bulgaria and the UAE, as well as partners from Spain and Switzerland, and funding from the European Commission, we have bottled that experience and developed a quality standard for SME support agencies and the individuals they employ.
