Social Enterprise
Exemplas has broken new ground for Social Enterprise growth and Social Format Franchising. Social Enterprises are businesses with primarily social objectives whose profits are mainly reinvested for that purpose in the business or in the community. Social format franchising is where a social enterprise adopts franchising as a means of growing their business.
The partnership has developed the Social Franchising Suitability Matrix which has been made relevant to Social Enterprises and not for profit organisations. It is a simple tool, produced by to help you assess if franchising might at some stage be a useful growth model for your organisation.
