Following the huge success of the previous programme, Exemplas and Haringey Council have been offering a series of events. Exemplas and Haringey Council’s ‘Growing and Winning in Business’ offers a series of seminars and 1-2-1 sessions focusing on driving your business ideas forward. Whether you are just starting out, starting your own business or wanting to grow your business, we have something for you.
The programme consists of three stages, which will give you invaluable guidance regarding the do’s and don’ts of raising finance:
Stage 1: Seminar will offer you advice and guidance on how to source funds for your business.
Stage 2: Consists of 1-2-1 sessions for you to discuss your business plan.
Stage 3: Will lead to a “live” presentation by you to an advisory panel of an active Banker, Venture Capitalist and representative of a Business Angel Network to enable them to provide you with helpful and constructive feedback on realistic market expectations.
The programme will:
• Provide information that will maximise the use of money that you already have
• Improve your chances of success in accessing new sources of funding
• Ensure your business plan and proposal documents are ‘lender ready’
• Identify the best ways to fund capital expenditure
• Help you to understand the priorities of potential lenders and investors.
