Adaptex Manager
Reporting to: Communications Manager
Salary: c£27,000 to £33,260 plus car allowance and benefits
Adaptex is the brand name for a diagnostic tool which is sold to companies to assist them with understanding the barriers to successful change management.Originally developed through European funding it is now available to sell to companies internationally.
To have responsibility for the sales, marketing and product development of Adaptex, developing new markets and maximising market share. This includes business planning, pricing, customer relationship management, close coordination with the delivery team and the Business Development team.
KEY TASKS:
- To be expert in the sales proposition of and values given to, organisations by the Adaptex tool and advise clients, BDMs, delivery teams, licensees and other stakeholders accordingly.
- To promote and develop the benefits offered by Adaptex having particular responsibility for handling key/major accounts.
- To devise and implement the marketing plan for Adaptex.
- To provide regular reports on performance and recommend developments in services.
- To provide sales support for the BDMs to establish sales strategy, targets and pricing.
- To work with the marketing team to service the above through all media including web, licensee packs, consultant packs etc.
- To work with the delivery team to evolve and develop the Adaptex product as required.
- To provide customer relationship management and collect case studies and testimonials to further promote Adaptex.
- To coordinate the different agency arrangements agreed for Adaptex.
PERSON SPEC:
- Should be educated to degree level and experienced in marketing/sales management of a product or service.
- IT and financially literate, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Good communication skills are essential with individuals at all levels.
- Experience of liaising across a number of departments and functions.
- Good understanding of business issues, particularly with reference to change management and its role in strategic development is desirable.
- Experienced in managing client relationships.
- Confident, personable and able to self motivate.
- Well organised and used to planning and managing a range of services through enlisting support from others.
- Good communicator with staff, external suppliers and clients.
