Exemplas Holdings Ltd is a non-profit distribution organisation, with a staff of 260, head office in Hatfield and branch offices in Doncaster and London.
Exemplas was established in 1993 and the University of Hertfordshire became a major shareholder in 2005. Exemplas ran Business Link Hertfordshire before the changeover to regional Business Link operators and jointly secured the licence to run Business Link in the East of England, which took effect April 2007.
Exemplas is a business, skills and economic development company which supports organisations of all sizes, within both public and private sector. It is particularly successful in discharging government and public sector contracts and supporting SMEs to become more competitive. It has an intimate knowledge of the needs of both the public and private sectors and is well versed in translating policy into action. It has extensive international clients and operates in over 20 countries. Our approach with our clients is to fully understand their needs and aspirations in order to work with them to develop and implement tailored solutions. We work extensively in the areas of change management business resilience and adaptability and unlocking potential within the workforce.
