As the business developed and grew, it became increasingly difficult for Aram Designs to monitor the quality of the service they were delivering to their customers. As the number of suppliers and customers increased, the need for a best practice standard became evermore apparent. In addition, it was becoming progressively more complex to comply with all the necessary statutory and regulatory requirements.

Exemplas was recommended to Aram Designs as the experts in providing consultancy to support and develop their business by implementing management systems in the following areas: Health and Safety, Environmental, Information Security and Quality.

As quality is the foundation and core of their business, and in order to secure larger contracts, it was identified that a quality management system that would allow them to monitor and continually improve their quality processes was essential. To ensure this was achieved, Aram Designs implemented the ISO 9001 quality standard and successfully gained certification in September 2010.

The Managing Director and Operations Manager had tried to implement the standard previously without success but working with Exemplas enabled them to achieve the certification effortlessly.

Achieving ISO 9001 has improved customer service for Aram Designs as their products and services consistently meet customer requirements and expectations.
